In NS ISO cases, the United Kingdom (Great Britain and Northern Ireland) requires what is known as a ‘provisional order.’ A provisional order may also be required where the other party resides in Quebec.
If the other person in your case lives in one of these places, you are encouraged to speak with court staff or a lawyer for information that can help you decide what forms to use.
In provisional cases, the court hearing process differs from the regular ISO process. This will be explained later on.
