It depends!
NS ISO applications can take a long time to be processed, as they involve two different jurisdictions (courts in different places), but the length of time it takes can vary.
Because the process can be lengthy, it is really important that the application and supporting documents are prepared correctly from the get-go. If you’ve made mistakes or not included enough information, this may add more time to the process.
In certain situations, an ISO file may be referred to a process called ADR - 'Assisted Dispute Resolution.' If both parties agree to use this process and an agreement is reached, this may make the ISO process shorter. See the next section - 'ADR for ISO files' - for more information.
